At the Center for Pregnancy Choices of Meridian, we strive to ensure that everyone can access the support they need during unexpected pregnancies and beyond. We offer an array of services, all free and confidential, tailored to provide the comprehensive assistance you need. From pregnancy tests to pregnancy counseling, material assistance, and our dedicated classes for parents and caregivers, we’re here to help guide you through your journey, each step of the way.
Pregnancy Tests
If you have had unprotected sex, or have missed your period, you might be wondering if you are pregnant. The first thing you may want to do is take a pregnancy test. We offer lab-quality pregnancy testing at our center at no cost.
Ultrasound
If you are pregnant, an ultrasound will help determine how far along you are. We offer limited obstetrical ultrasound to provide confirmation of pregnancy.
Pregnancy Counseling
We want you to be informed on all of your pregnancy options, and we believe it is important to receive accurate information in a safe environment. We’re here to answer your questions and concerns about your pregnancy and provide medically accurate information about each of your options.
Material Assistance
We understand that with a new baby comes the need for material resources such as diapers and bottles. Our center is happy to help supply you with what you need as you begin this new journey into parenthood.
Post Abortion Support
There is no right or wrong way to feel after your abortion. Every woman’s experience is unique. Relief, anger, sadness, and hope can all exist at one time. That may be confusing, but it’s also normal. If you’re looking for emotional support after abortion, we’re here to help.
Community Referrals
We understand that often there is more than parenting resources that you need. We work with other local organizations to provide you with the community and financial resources that can guide you into a stable future.
Parenting Classes
Our classes are designed for all parents and caregivers to provide a holistic approach to the basic fundamentals of parenting. Subjects include pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, child development, financial literacy, and more.
Pregnant & Parenting Student Support
This group is meant to be an encouragement to students who are pregnant or already parenting by sharing opportunities to increase knowledge on health and wellness for themselves and their baby. It also provides access to supplies for both mom and baby before and after pregnancy. This group is designed for educational purposes only. It is not diagnostic and does not provide any forms of contraception or information on how to obtain an abortion. These services can also be offered at the school the student attends.
Adoption Referrals
Choosing another family to raise your child is one of the most courageous acts someone can do. However, considering adoption can be confusing. There is a lot of information to sift through. We have a network of credible and professional adoption agencies in the area to which we can refer you. In addition to a list of approved agencies, we provide free educational resources.
